Outbound Sales Representatives

to join our high‑performing Sales team. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service who thrive in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment with uncapped earning potential. You will be responsible for engaging prospective customers and driving acquisition of

for residential households.

Key Responsibilities

Represent a major regional telecommunications provider, driving outbound acquisition sales.

Promote and sell advanced fiber‑optic internet solutions across a 20‑state territory.

Proactively engage prospective customers to assess needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Conduct clear comparisons between current internet services and our superior technology and promotions.

Confidently overcome objections by articulating value, reliability, and long‑term benefits.

Build trust and rapport to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product enhancements.

Collaborate with teammates to share best practices and elevate overall performance.

Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.

What You Bring

Experience in sales, call centers, retail, hospitality, customer service, or marketing

Strong communication, listening, and persuasion skills

A competitive mindset with a positive, team‑first attitude

Coachability and motivation driven by goals and results

Resilience and professionalism in high‑volume, high‑rejection environments

Comfort navigating multiple systems and technologies

A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences through disciplined execution

Education & Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Minimum of 6 months customer service or call center experience

1+ years of sales experience (Required)

1+ years of telecommunications experience (Required)

1+ years of B2B sales experience (Preferred)

Preferred Backgrounds

Call Centers / BPO environments

Telecommunications

Automotive or Roadside Assistance services

Retail or E‑commerce customer support

Insurance or Claims Processing

Hospitality, Travel, or Transportation

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer

Ability to lift up to 10 pounds if necessary
