Outbound Sales Representative
Join a fast-growing Customer Acquisition company where your ambition, resilience, and competitive drive will directly fuel your success. We are seeking Outbound Sales Representatives to join our high-performing Sales team. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service who thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment with uncapped earning potential. You will be responsible for engaging prospective customers and driving acquisition of Fiber Internet services for residential households.
Responsibilities
Represent a major regional telecommunications provider, driving outbound acquisition sales.
Promote and sell advanced fiber-optic internet solutions across a 20-state territory.
Proactively engage prospective customers to assess needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Conduct clear comparisons between current internet services and our superior technology and promotions.
Confidently overcome objections by articulating value, reliability, and long-term benefits.
Build trust and rapport to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product enhancements.
Collaborate with teammates to share best practices and elevate overall performance.
Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.
What You Bring
Experience in sales, call centers, retail, hospitality, customer service, or marketing
Strong communication, listening, and persuasion skills
A competitive mindset with a positive, team-first attitude
Coachability and motivation driven by goals and results
Resilience and professionalism in high-volume, high-rejection environments
Comfort navigating multiple systems and technologies
A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences through disciplined execution
Education & Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Minimum of 6 months customer service or call center
1+ years of sales experience (Required)
1+ years of telecommunications experience (Required)
1+ years of B2B sales experience (Preferred)

Call Centers / BPO environments
Telecommunications
Automotive or Roadside Assistance services
Retail or E-commerce customer support
Insurance or Claims Processing
Hospitality, Travel, or Transportation
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer
