As we continue to expand across the United States, we are hiring Commercial Account Managers who thrive on relationship building, strategic prospecting, and owning their market.

The Role As a Commercial Account Manager, you are the face of BMS CAT in your territory. You build, grow, and protect long-term relationships while positioning BMS CAT as the preferred restoration partner for commercial organizations.

You work directly with decision-makers across key verticals including hospitality, retail, corporate real estate, government, education, healthcare, multifamily, and senior living.

When fire, water, mold, storms, or catastrophic events occur, you are the trusted first call.

This is a fast-paced, field-focused role where success is driven by proactive outreach, consistent follow-up, and strong relationship management.

What You Will Do Business Development and Territory Growth

Build and execute a territory business plan focused on growth and market penetration

Prospect and secure meetings with commercial and national accounts

Identify regional and national opportunities to expand market share

Track and measure outreach and marketing activity to ensure consistent momentum

Account Management and Relationship Building

Develop long-term relationships that increase loyalty and revenue

Attend onsite meetings, walkthroughs, presentations, and industry events

Maintain visibility within industry associations in your territory

Support operational teams through clear communication and expectation setting

Internal Collaboration and Execution

Partner with marketing on tradeshows, presentations, and events

Assist with collections when needed on local and national accounts

Maintain accurate account, contact, and activity records in Salesforce

Manage reporting and internal communication requirements

Communicate clearly and professionally in high-stress or emergency situations

What We Are Looking For

Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills

Relationship-driven, confident, and personable approach

Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

Comfortable presenting to both individuals and large groups

Able to work independently while collaborating with a team

Experience in business development or account management is preferred, but not required

Total earnings ranging from $70,000 to $170,000 based on experience
