Overview The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies that support the organization's business objectives and brand initiatives. This role oversees the creation and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, manages key marketing projects, and collaborates closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and effective market positioning. The Marketing Manager plays a critical role in driving brand awareness, supporting Business Development efforts, and advancing strategic marketing initiatives while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

Oversee the creation and review of marketing materials, including digital content, advertisements, print collateral, videos, signage, presentations, and communications. Ensure marketing messages, positioning, and design are all in line with marketing objectives and corporate branding standards

Lead, mentor, and motivate the Marketing Content Writing team, providing regular coaching, direct feedback, and professional development guidance

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product Management, Business Development, Industry Relations, Human Resources, Events) to support business initiatives and promotional efforts

Work with Video Production, Graphic Design and Website Management teams to execute projects and campaigns in multiple channels and media

Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints

Support strategic initiatives, product launches, and corporate programs through targeted marketing efforts

Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies

Manage and prioritize multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Ensure marketing activities comply with organizational policies and compliance requirements

Participate in planning discussions and contribute to the long-term marketing vision of the organization

Develop marketing and strategic plans for new campaigns

Analyze marketing performance metrics and campaign results; prepare reports and recommendations for continuous improvement

Additional responsibilities as determined by business needs

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline

5 to 7 years of progressive experience in brand strategy/management or marketing with extensive experience in Marketing Writing

Minimum of 2 to 4 years of direct supervisory experience with employees

Prefer experience within the financial services industry in a B2B role

Experience with common marketing tools/platforms, such as Hubspot, Workfront, and CMS systems
