We’re looking for a customer-obsessed Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to own the go-to-market strategy for our fleet solutions, including our growing portfolio of electric vehicle (EV) offerings. In this role, you’ll shape how we position our fleet card and EV solutions, communicate the value of EV adoption, and drive adoption across both traditional and emerging fleet segments.
This role is ideal for a hands-on product marketer who thrives at the intersection of customer insight, technical products, and measurable GTM execution.
Compensation: $95,000–$123,000 base salary per year.
What You’ll Do
Own positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy Define and evolve messaging pillars, value propositions, and sales narratives for fleet managers—from traditional fuel to EV Translate technical capabilities (e.g., charging integrations, route optimization, fleet analytics) into compelling, customer-centered stories Use customer, market, and competitive insights to sharpen differentiation across fuel and EV segments Lead cross-functional go-to-market efforts for new EV features, fleet partnerships, and charging integrations Build adoption programs that help customers onboard quickly and realize value early Ensure launches deliver clear, measurable impact across awareness, usage, and customer satisfaction Enable sales and marketing to win Build and maintain battlecards, pitch decks, and persona-based playbooks for fleet and EV buyers Deliver ongoing product updates and competitive insights that enable Sales to position effectively Partner with Revenue Marketing on targeted campaigns that drive acquisition and adoption Conduct primary and secondary research with fleet managers, including customer interviews and win/loss analysis Track industry trends such as EV adoption curves, regulatory changes, and competitive activity Measure adoption, funnel velocity, and win rates to inform data-driven recommendations Skills Needed
3–5 years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in product marketing or related roles Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, payments, mobility, or adjacent industries Proven ability to build GTM strategies, messaging frameworks, and sales enablement assets Strong analytical and research skills with a track record of turning insight into action Exceptional writing, storytelling, and presentation skills Experience with fleet, energy, or EV industries is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled
