Company Description Stage 32 is a B2C online platform democratizing the global entertainment industry by connecting and training creatives and professionals. With over 1,300,000 members worldwide and over 3,000 hours of online education, Stage 32 has been featured in leading publications like Variety, CNN, The Hollywood Reporter, and Forbes as a pioneer at the intersection of entertainment and technology.

Stage 32 combines the opportunity, energy, and collaborative spirit of a startup with the stability of a company that’s thrived for over 15 years.

Position Summary Stage 32 is seeking a data-driven, strategic Marketing Coordinator to support the growth and promotion of our Development Services division. This role is central to connecting our global community of 1.3+ million creatives with industry executives, paid services, membership programs, contests, and exclusive opportunities.

The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where creative storytelling meets performance marketing. You’ll manage multi-channel campaigns, analyze engagement data, optimize messaging, and ensure our inventory of executives and programs reaches the right audiences at the right time.

If you’re passionate about the entertainment industry, love turning data into action, and want to help support the career of millions of creatives around the world, this role is for you.

This is a full-time position, hybrid remote, with in-person attendance in our LA office once a week.

What You Bring

2+ years of multi-channel marketing experience , preferably in entertainment, media, or creative services. You must have proven experience executing integrated campaigns across email, social media, web, and other digital channels simultaneously. Single-channel experience is not sufficient.

Email marketing platform expertise

(Mailchimp or similar). You must have hands‑on experience with campaign creation, segmentation, audience targeting, A/B testing, and performance analysis. We need someone who can hit the ground running, not someone learning the basics.

Data analysis and reporting skills . You must be able to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (email open rates, CTR, conversions, social engagement, ROI) and use those insights to optimize future campaigns. Experience with Google Analytics required. This isn't optional—it's core to the role.

Social media management tool proficiency

(Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar). You must have experience planning, scheduling, and analyzing content across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).

Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills . You must be able to create compelling, conversion-focused copy for emails, landing pages, social posts, and ads with meticulous attention to detail. We need polished, professional writing that drives action—not just decent writing.

Proven project management and organizational skills . You must be able to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously without dropping balls or missing deadlines. If you struggle with organization, this role will overwhelm you.

Graphic design coordination skills . Ability to brief designers effectively or create basic assets yourself (Canva experience a plus).

Self-starter mentality with high autonomy . This is a remote/hybrid role requiring the ability to work independently, anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and take initiative without constant supervision. If you need frequent direction or check‑ins, this isn't the right fit.

Passion for the entertainment industry

and genuine interest in helping creatives succeed. This role requires understanding and empathy for the creative journey.
