
Babel Fair Showroom (www.babelfairshowroom.com @babelfairshowroom) a leading multi-brand womenswear showroom representing top contemporary and international labels, is seeking a high-energy, relationship-driven Sales Executive to grow our boutique business. This role is perfect for someone who has proven sales experience with boutiques and loves sales, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by driving results. We’re looking for an experienced sales executive that is positive, polished, proactive, and deeply committed to excellence.
What You’ll Do
Grow and manage specialty store accounts nationwide. Drive seasonal sales from outreach to appointments, follow-up, and closing. Leverage your existing boutique relationships to open new stores and accelerate brand growth. Own revenue targets and consistently work toward hitting and exceeding sales goals with a proactive approach. Present collections with strong product knowledge and an elevated, confident selling style. Maintain accurate tracking of interest, orders, and weekly performance. Coordinate with internal teams on brand needs, showroom operations, and market calendars. Deliver best-in-class customer service with quick responses, clear communication, and strong follow-through. MUST have 2–3 years of womenswear multi-line showroom experience selling to boutiques Established boutique relationships and a proven record of growing a territory. A natural, hungry salesperson — competitive, persuasive, and driven by results. Someone who does need hand holding but is self motivated to hit their goals. High energy, positive attitude, team player, and willingness to go above and beyond. Excellent communication and organization skills; strong attention to detail. Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and enjoys working across multiple brands. A true A-player: dependable, proactive, adaptable, and consistently performing at a high level. You’re an independent self-motivated driven sales person. We’ll define the goals. You take the lead in achieving and surpassing them.
