TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®
franchise, with the objective of promoting all products and services both internally and externally to grow revenue. This is accomplished primarily through training and motivating sales employees, call control, overseeing the sales plans, and consistently exceeding customer expectations.

What You'll Do
Manage all aspects of the sales department
Develop strategic sales growth plans to ensure daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue and profit objectives are met
Assist in setting yearly budgetary goals for the upcoming year
Create and nurture a positive work environment that emphasizes motivation, empowerment, teamwork, continuous improvement and a passion for providing exceptional service
Lead by example; demonstrate self-confidence, positive energy and enthusiasm
Direct team selling activities, meet with CRS's on a regular basis to review sales activities and goals, and oversee the scheduling of CRS's
Utilize your sales expertise to assist CRS's and in-home consultants in securing critical sales
Coordinate internal mystery shops to ensure high levels of customer service and cooperation with sales and marketing strategies
Responsible for onboarding, training/development, and disciplinary action of current and new sales staff; manage
Provide appropriate weekly and monthly internal reporting to management; track, manage, and share all phone and online lead related data
Regularly review year over year sales metrics to identify trends and opportunities
Perform all the duties of a CSR as needed
Function as a vital member of the leadership team, working with other department managers
All other duties as assigned
Who We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
A minimum of 2 years of customer service and/or sales experience is required
Training, management, and/or coaching experience is preferred
Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful)
Effective listening and communication skills
Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively
Demonstrated leadership capabilities; proven ability to coach and develop sales representatives
Ability to assess the performance of self, employees, and franchise to make improvements or take corrective action
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong decision making ability
Understanding of and commitment to customer service and the
