As an Account Manager, you’ll drive growth and champion our cutting‑edge non‑woven filtration products and systems. You’ll build powerful customer relationships, uncover new business opportunities, and deliver solutions that exceed expectations—all while representing a company known for excellence and reliability.
Responsibilities
Drive New Business Growth:
Actively pursue and acquire new customers with a strong “hunter” mentality, consistently seeking out new opportunities and markets.
Lead Generation & Conversion : Proactively contact leads and manage them through the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to successful customer onboarding, documenting in CRM.
Strategic Planning:
Ability to develop and execute strategic plan to generate incremental volume
Customer Relationship Building:
Invest time in building strong, trust-based relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and aligning solutions accordingly.
Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented:
Demonstrate a high level of motivation and a positive attitude, with a relentless drive to meet and exceed sales targets
Collaborative Engagement:
Work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure a seamless transition from prospect to loyal client.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Finance or Business Administration
1-10 years sales or commercial experience
Technical knowledge in filtration applications or relevant industry is a plus
Ability to travel 50%-60%
