We pride ourselves on quality, speed, and strong client relationships — and we’re looking for an Account Manager who’s been in the industry and is ready to be the face of our growth in California. What You’ll Do
As an Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing the full sales cycle — from sourcing leads to closing deals — and ensuring long-term customer success. Your focus will be on building strong client relationships and driving business results. Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the entire sales process Identify and pursue new sales opportunities Provide professional after-sales support Develop business plans to meet revenue targets Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts Negotiate contracts and maintain sales documentation Collaborate cross-functionally with our operations and legal teams Uphold our culture and values with every customer touchpoint What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Experience with CRM tools and sales documentation Must be willing to travel This is a hybrid position, WFH acceptable but must attend to job-sites and industry events Valid work authorization in the U.S. Tiered uncapped commission structure – earn up to 15% of gross margin 10 days paid time off Training and development opportunities Ready to Apply?
