We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Assistant to support our clients sales team and contribute to a positive customer experience. This role plays a key part in day-to-day sales operations, assisting with client inquiries, order processing, and administrative support.

Salary - $50,000-65,000

Key Responsibilities for the Sales Assistant:

• Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks
• Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order inquiries
• Process sales orders, invoices, and documentation accurately
• Maintain and update customer records and sales data
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Prepare sales reports, presentations, and follow-up materials as needed
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and general customer communication
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic issues or escalate when necessary

Preferred Qualifications for the Sales Assistant:

• Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
