Job Objective
MCC has extensive experience in the manufacturing and delivery of high-quality semiconductors products, including extensive marketing and sales network throughout the world: China, Americas, EMEA, APAC. We are looking for an Account Manager -eCommerce with 4 years experience in Semiconductor sales who is based in Austin, Texas.
What you will do
Manage relationships with online catalog/e-commerce distribution partners and lead regular quarterly performance reviews.
Review and enforce accurate digital product content, including parametric data, datasheets, images, and compliance documentation.
Optimize online visibility by improving search ranking, category placement, and readiness for new product introductions.
Coordinate inventory planning with internal teams and distribution partners to ensure healthy stock levels and reduce lost-sales situations.
Analyze sell-through and traffic data to identify trends, growth opportunities, and underperforming product categories.
Support new product launches by ensuring complete data, available stock, and aligned digital marketing activities.
Collaborate internally with product management, marketing, and operations to streamline digital channel execution and improve distributor readiness.
What you will bring
Education Background/ Major: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electronics or semiconductors
Experience (Must): 4 years of work experience in the semiconductor industry
Knowledge (Ideal): Familiar with the basic theoretical knowledge of semiconductor power devices (diodes, MOSFETs, etc.)
Knowledge (Ideal): Familiar with the specific market applications, parameter characteristics, and customer applications of corresponding power device products
Abilities/Qualities: Proficient in using office software
Abilities/Qualities: Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing
Abilities/Qualities: Familiar with the seven major QC techniques, five quality tools, 8D report, 5Why, and other quality tools
Abilities/Qualities: Proficient in project management skills and certified as PMP
Skills/Certifications: Proficient in project and personnel management, as well as interdepartmental coordination skills
Skills/Certifications: Market and customer communication skills
