* **Oversee day-to-day operations of the College and the building, either directly or by delegating responsibilities to staff or student employees.*** **Oversee effective technology infrastructure to support the work of the college.*** **Develop and facilitate Emergency Action Plan, in conjunction with University Risk Management Office.*** **Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline; Master’s degree preferred.*** **Professional license (e.g., Certified Public Accountant) preferred.*** **Three - five years of accounting, financial management, and managerial experience required.*** **Ability to appropriately handle confidential and proprietary information.*** **Strong understanding of the mission, vision, and culture of ACU and COBA.*** **Professional demeanor.*** **Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.*** **High level of personal integrity.*** **Effective communication, management, and conflict resolution skills.**- **Skills**
