The Reynolds Farm Equipment Marketing Specialist is a creative and detail-oriented professional who will work full-time in an in-office role at our Atlanta, Indiana location , supporting the Marketing Director in executing marketing initiatives across the business. This role is well suited for someone early in their marketing career who has education or hands-on experience in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field , and is interested in building practical experience in content creation and visual storytelling.
The position places a strong emphasis on video and visual content , including assisting with both short-form and longer-form content used across digital platforms. Responsibilities include capturing and editing photos and videos, creating visual assets using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva , supporting social media and email marketing efforts, helping coordinate dealership events, and maintaining website content.
This role requires regular on-site collaboration, a willingness to learn new tools and processes, and a positive, team-focused attitude. The Marketing Specialist must perform all duties with honesty, integrity, and adherence to Reynolds Farm Equipment’s Corporate Values.
Responsibilities
Assist marketing director in the planning, execution, and management of marketing campaigns Create and edit content for social media, website, email newsletters, and print materials within dealership’s brand guidelines for marketing campaigns and efforts. Capture high-quality photos and videos for dealership events, product showcases, and marketing campaigns Develop compelling visual stories that effectively communicate the dealership's brand message and values Utilize storytelling techniques to create engaging content that resonates with the target audience Manage the dealership’s social media accounts, including scheduling posts and engaging with followers Assist with email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis Assist in organizing dealership events, promotions, and sponsorships Support in coordinating logistics, materials, and communications for events Support post-event analysis and reporting Coordinate with external vendors, partners, and freelancers for marketing materials and services Assist in managing multiple marketing projects simultaneously Ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines Provide administrative support to the marketing director as needed for projects and deliverables Assist in maintaining website such as updating and removing content, updating pricing and inventory status, adding new products and services, building landing pages, and improving SEO Assist in quarterly review of website with internal stakeholders to ensure updated content and engagement trends Create blogs on the website from existing content or original content to drive traffic to the website. Other duties may be added based on demand Promote safety requirements and procedures in alignment with company’s policies Promote and maintain positive attitude by positively affecting customers and employees; be a positive and problem-solving ambassador for Reynolds Handle day-to-day operations and specific tasks in a fast-paced environment and other duties assigned in the marketing aspect Experience, Education, Skills, and Knowledge Preferences
Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro and/or Canva Proven experience in content creation for digital and print platforms’ Strong writing and editing skills for creating engaging content Strong background in marketing principles and advertising strategies Ability to use a (CRM) Customer Relationship Management application such as Hubspot & Microsoft Dynamics Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns Experience with social media management and content scheduling tools Familiarity with equipment and machinery for agriculture, commercial contractors, and homeowners, specifically John Deere products Basic knowledge of web development and design principles is a plus Experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and report on campaign effectiveness, preferred but not required Experience in coordinating with various departments and teams to align marketing efforts Proven ability to communicate effectively one-on-one and within a group Proven ability to be creative and innovative Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying and to actively look for ways to help others Requires attention to detail and being careful along with being thorough in completing tasks Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent resolutions skills Ability to manage one's own time Reliable transportation Requires being reliable, responsible, accountable, and dependable in fulfilling obligations Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in agricultural communications, business, or marketing or equivalent experience preferred This position reports to the Marketing Director About the Reynolds team
