This is a full‑time remote role open only to candidates that already live in the United States. The Lexipol sales team provides SaaS solutions for local U.S. first responder agencies in Law Enforcement, Fire & Rescue, EMS, local Corrections, and local governments.

Policies & Updates – Platform & policy content

Implementation, policy updates, daily training bulletins, and daily training modules

Online training – Police1 Academy, EMS1 Academy, Fire1 Academy, LocalGovU, Corrections1 Academy

Performance Reporting – Automated data collection for critical incidents and comprehensive performance management

Wellness – Cordico Shield, Cordico Fire, Cordico 911, Cordico Guardian

Accreditation – Center for Accreditation Excellence

Responsibilities

Achieve or exceed annual revenue and state/territory quotas, and develop effective territory growth plans.

Lead the designated territory, including accounts, prospect profiling, and sales cycles.

Prospect, qualify, and provide continuous value propositions to close new business with existing and new customers.

Present wellness, policy, and learning solutions virtually and in‑person to public safety and public entity leadership.

Maintain a rolling pipeline and keep it current and moving up the curve.

Document detailed, accurate customer and pipeline information in Salesforce CRM daily.

Work independently while collaborating closely with the team and leadership.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of SaaS sales experience, including long‑term sales cycles and large transactions.

Highly experienced with complex, multi‑stakeholder sales processes.

Proven record of exceeding sales quotas and closing executive‑level deals.

Excellent virtual presentation and telephone sales abilities.

Proven ability to build rapport rapidly and gain confidence of prospects.

Public safety‑centric consultative sales approach.

Strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and self‑management of daily sales tasks.

Proficient with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other CRM tools.

Knowledge of local, state, and federal government procurement processes is preferred.

Experience selling to law enforcement, fire departments, EMS, corrections, local and state governments is required.

Benefits

Competitive base salary of $80,000 with On‑Target Earnings ranging from $200,000 to $225,000.
