About Interchecks Interchecks is a fast-growing B2B2C fintech payments company powering how money moves in highly regulated industries. The Role Interchecks is building the marketing function that will fuel our next stage of growth — and we’re looking for a leader to own it. We are a fast-growing B2B2C fintech payments company with $50M+ in ARR, serving primarily enterprise customers that embed our payments platform into their own products and customer experiences. Our SaaS-based solution enables businesses to move, manage, and monetize payments at scale, while delivering seamless end‑user experiences.

To date, growth has been driven by strong product adoption, enterprise sales execution, and industry leading technology and support.

As our first ever marketing leader, you’ll define and execute our marketing strategy end-to-end, with a strong emphasis on enhancing our brand, increased demand generation, and implementing the overall infrastructure that helps our sales team win now and into the future.

What You’ll Own

Marketing strategy/roadmap — charting our course, defining KPIs, and key liaison to C‑Suite

Brand positioning across all channels, assets, and customer touchpoints

Sales enablement – building & maintaining the toolkit (decks, 1‑pagers, etc.) that accelerate revenue

Website strategy and optimization from conversion to storytelling to product launches

Content and social strategy, with a focus on LinkedIn growth, video, and thought leadership

Identifying and executing on media opportunities to grow brand awareness

Building scalable marketing processes, tools, and eventually a team of specialists

What We’re Looking For Core Requirements

B2B2C marketing experience in fintech payments in a SaaS environment

Demonstrated ability to build, execute, and refine marketing strategy on your own in early‑stage companies

Sales enablement track record of creating materials that directly drive revenue goals

Expertise creating consistent brand positioning and content across multiple channels for fast growing, industry disrupter

Education: Bachelor’s degree+

Years of Experience: 5+

Secondary Requirements

Experience scaling a marketing function and building a team

Strong cross‑functional team collaboration

LinkedIn or social media growth success (bonus if built a following or community)

Vendor management for creative production/outsourcing

Website strategy and conversion optimization experience

Takes ownership of strategic outcomes, not just tasks; proactively identifies gaps and solves

Revenue‑driven mindset — understands how marketing supports sales and revenue targets

Strong storyteller who can balance technical depth with business outcomes

Compensation Transparency The base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $140,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined within this range based on a number of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, role scope, and geographic location.

We are intentional about placing offers thoughtfully within the posted range to ensure internal equity, market alignment, and room for growth over time.

In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for:
