Director, US Medical Affairs – HIV Treatment Strategy

* BS/BA degree with 12+ years of experience or MS/MA degree with 10+ years of experience or PhD/PharmD with 8+ years of experience or MD with 4 years of experience.* MD, DO, NP, PA, PharmD, or other advanced health care degree with 6+ years of relevant industry/clinical experience in HIV preferred.* Deep experience in Medical Affairs, including field-based roles and strategic leadership.* Deep understanding of HIV therapeutic area and evolving treatment landscape required.* Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage complex projects.* Strong analytical skills and experience with insight generation and application.* Excellent verbal, written and visual communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.* Experience in training design and delivery for scientific audiences.* Ability to travel as required which may include occasional weekend travel is required* Prior experience managing or supporting MSL teams.* Familiarity with medical insight platforms and CRM tools.* Experience working in a matrixed organization and influencing without direct authority.* Create Inclusion - knowing the business value of diverse teams, modeling inclusion, and embedding the value of diversity in the way they manage their teams.* Develop Talent - understand the skills, experience, aspirations and potential of their employees and coach them on current performance and future potential.
