All applicants must be professing Christians and willing to support the Christian mission and purpose of Abilene Christian University while employed by the university.**Basic Responsibilities*** Formulate and implement strategies to enhance the value and reputation of the ACU Online Campus while seeking to advance the mission of the University.* Exhibit innovative leadership through creativity, diversity, and inclusive engagement within the university, the evolving business community, alumni, student population, and stakeholders.* Prioritizing resources and considering the competitive landscape to organize, plan, and establish priorities to meet and exceed the growth goals established.* Manage and guide the creation of innovative, uniquely competitive, and distinct high-performing partnerships that result in future growth opportunities.* Collaborate with other Executive Education vertical teams and leadership to align program approaches and development with identified market force needs.**Essential Duties*** Responsible for corporate/community outreach and business development by coordinating with the ACU Online teams, university leaders, and faculty in identifying and implementing partnership opportunities resulting in increased enrollments and revenue from partner organization

+ Represent the university at on- and off-campus events, programs, and other outreach activities.* Manage and oversee the development and implementation of annual and long-range recruitment and strategic plans.

+ Hire, develop, and supervise account managers* Maintain and implement working knowledge of current trends and best practices in corporate partnership development, B2B business development, and B2C enrollment.* Design and manage partner activities such as enterprise-wide digital communication and co-branded thought leader panels,

+ Collaborate with ACU marketing teams to create, implement, and manage the brand identity, marketing plans, and partner engagement efforts in the corporate and community space.* Provide leadership in ensuring that partner and student information is accurately and promptly updated and managed in the systems.

+ Establish dashboards and reporting for departmental KPI’s**Professional Development Requirements**Skills* Hires, leads, inspires, and directs staff in each area of responsibility by promoting direction and leadership on a day-to-day basis. Must have excellent organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills, effective public speaking capability, detail-oriented, and goal-oriented.* Must be able to adhere to strict deadlines and possess leadership, training, marketing, and advertising experience.* Strong computer and database management skills; demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment.* Proven ability to work cooperatively and sensitively with individuals from diverse cultures, ethnic groups, lifestyles, and backgrounds.**Qualifications**Professional* Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required.
