Pay starting at $75,000 based upon experience
We are seeking a Spa Director to join our team! The Spa Director will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Spa and Fitness facility to include: establishing and meeting the budget and financial goals, marketing initiatives, staff oversight and training, and leading and motivating staff to achieve goals and exceed guest expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement spa and wellness programs
- Manage spa staff and ensure a high level of customer service
- Ensure that all staff members are consistently executing company standards to create an exceptional guest experience
- Optimize revenue through strategic pricing and promotions
- Develop monthly/seasonal wellness events for members to include yoga workshops, dance series, lunch and learn seminars, etc.
- Monitor operations and ensure compliance with applicable health, safety and hygiene standards.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment in the spa and wellness facilities
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in spa and fitness management
- Licensed Massage Therapist preferred
- Licensed Esthetician preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of current spa and wellness trends
- Proven track record of driving revenue in a spa environment
- Ideal candidate must possess exceptional interpersonal and guest service skills
- Certification in spa management or related field
