We are a high-end insurance sales agency seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and capable of working independently without hand-holding. Who We Are NOT Looking For:
Agents who NEED to make money urgently and are desperate Agents who CAN'T afford to buy their own leads to generate sales Agents who REQUIRE constant guidance and hand-holding Cheap agents selling policies for $30-$70/month Uncoachable individuals with a large ego Who We ARE Looking For:
Competent, articulate agents with effective communication skills Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month Agents who are self-motivated and ready to follow a proven system Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers offering high-ticket IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities). We do NOT sell traditional life insurance products like final expense or mortgage protection, nor do we engage in low-premium policies. Our operations are entirely virtual, utilizing phone and Zoom meetings across the US. Average agents spend $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums. We do not participate in lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. Our goal is to expand our team with more qualified agents.
