Job Overview As a Associate Legal Leasing you will be an essential member of POP MART Real Estate Legal Leasing Team. This is a high-production full-time employment opportunity reporting to a director and requiring extensive knowledge of real estate documents. Professionalism, real estate retail legal knowledge and written communication skills are prerequisites to becoming a member of the team.

We are looking for a Associate Legal Leasing with:

What You Will Achieve Prepare/conform lease documentation for review based on approved terms. Review comments from LL’s attorney/representative. Work closely with department supervisors and other company divisions and departments to define proper response. Make determination with respect to legal issues and Pop Mart’s policy issues. Negotiate lease issues and draft appropriate changes to documentation with the goal of protecting Pop Mart and closing the transaction. Maintain current status on all open matters. Work hand-in-hand with support staff to efficiently process leases and related documents. Must be able to adapt to the company’s unique lease management database system (once implemented) and the related data input requirements as well as the company’s related databases, policies, procedures and processes.

What You Will Need Extensive knowledge of retail shopping center leases is an absolute requirement. Lease review experience is an essential. Strong communication, negotiating and drafting skills. Excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking ability. Ability to handle pressure and heavy workload with limited supervision. Ability to ‘think outside the box’ to solve problems. Strong relationship building and team skills.
