$75,000-$85,000 + quarterly Bonus & Benefits (Depending on level and location)

Any industry in recruiting digital media/AdTech space, roles for client Success, Product, Marketing, and Technology teams

Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Talent Acquisition Specialist

to support full-cycle recruiting across a range of functions, including enterprise sales, client success, product, marketing, and technology teams. This role also supports hiring within regulated and fast-moving industries such as political and healthcare sectors.

The ideal candidate has experience recruiting in AdTech or similar technology-driven environments, thrives in fast-paced settings, and excels at managing multiple priorities while delivering a strong candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Own the full-cycle recruiting process across sales and cross-functional roles

Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring priorities, and timelines

Proactively source, evaluate, and close top talent in competitive markets

Build and maintain strong, diverse candidate pipelines

Deliver a high-quality, engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Manage multiple open requisitions while consistently meeting hiring goals

Provide regular updates, insights, and hiring recommendations to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience

Proven experience recruiting enterprise-level sales talent

Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills

Experience working in high-growth, startup, or fast-paced environments
