Overview
Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Jacksonville, FL | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM

Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls with a smile; provide white glove service to existing and new customers.
Resolve customer's concerns and provide solutions.
Make outbound calls to existing customers to schedule preventive maintenance calls, and follow up on outstanding quotes.
Manage communication channels with field technicians.
Manage service technicians routes and schedules.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (Preferred).
2 years of Sales/Customer Service Experience (Required).
