Our staffing firm is partnering with a growing, mission-driven immigration law firm to identify an experienced Bilingual Immigration Paralegal. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality legal work and is passionate about helping individuals and businesses navigate the immigration process.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and prepare immigration petitions, filings, and client correspondence
Manage case files and maintain accurate, up-to-date client records
Conduct legal research to support case strategy and filings
Communicate with clients to gather documentation, provide updates, and answer case-related questions
Coordinate with attorneys to ensure deadlines are met and cases progress efficiently
Support attorneys in hearings, meetings, and overall case preparation
Qualifications
2+ years of Paralegal experience (immigration law experience strongly preferred)
Experience with employment-based immigration, including:
H-1B, L-1, TN, E-2, O-1 visas
Employment-based green cards (PERM Labor Certification, I-140)
Business immigration petitions and renewals
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
