Now hiring Customer Service Representative. Columbus, OH. Pay Rate: $14.50 per hour ($15.50 per hour for shifts that start after 10 AM). Shift: Remote Schedule | Available Shifts (Monday - Friday EST): 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM, 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM, 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM, 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM. Training will take place from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Your Mom Says You\'re Great with People. Prove Her Right. Your voice matters. High school diploma or GED
2 years of previous customer service experience in a call center or help desk environment
Experience with Microsoft Office applications
High-speed internet
Excellent customer service skills
What You\'ll Be Doing
Acts as client advocate
Works under minimal direction
Answers phones, voice, and electronic mail to respond to client requests
May interact with clients through an online chat system
Identifies, documents, researches, and resolves customer issues using CRM software
Effectively documents all client interactions
Able to manage cases for multiple projects while ensuring timely resolutions
Refers unresolved customer issues to designated departments for further investigation
Prevents potentially negative client interactions
Adheres to all policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned
