Responsibilities
Process and manage customer and sales orders accurately and on time
Communicate order status, resolve issues, and respond to customer inquiries
Coordinate with production, shipping, and internal departments to meet delivery schedules
Review orders for accuracy, including products, quantities, specifications, and ship dates
Manage inventory needs and coordinate material orders with vendors as required
Expedite rush orders, changes, and shortages to maintain on-time delivery
Support samples, product releases, and special projects as needed
Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent experience; 3–5 years of related experience preferred
Strong customer service and verbal/written communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable using computer systems and order management tools
Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure
Location:

Pay:
$18/hour
Hours:
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
