Role Description The Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key tasks include answering phone calls and emails promptly, maintaining accurate customer records, providing information on publications, and order fulfillment. This is an on-site, part-time (12-20 hours per week) role based in Madison, WI.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to assist customers with inquiries efficiently and professionally
Proficiency in order processing systems, basic computer skills, and data entry capabilities
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities to address issues and provide solutions
Ability to work well in collaboration with team members and independently
Experience in customer service, retail, or sales is preferred
Familiarity with the publishing or medical fields is a plus
