Posting Description This is

not a traditional call center role . We are seeking a

Customer Service Representative – Warehouse Dispatch

to support a fast-paced in-home delivery operation. In this role, you will work directly with delivery driver teams in real time, helping them stay on schedule, resolve issues, and communicate effectively with customers when needed.

You’ll spend most of your day on the phone coordinating with drivers, troubleshooting delivery challenges, and stepping in to assist customers during in-home deliveries. This role is ideal for someone who is

dependable, assertive, and calm under pressure , with the ability to communicate confidently in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

Driver Communication & Dispatch

Maintain real-time phone communication with delivery driver teams during routes

Help drivers stay on schedule and troubleshoot delivery issues

Track delays, route exceptions, and missing updates

Escalate unresolved issues to leadership as needed

Customer Support

Speak directly with customers during in-home delivery issues

De-escalate concerns and clearly explain services and next steps

Act as a bridge between customers and driver teams

Warehouse End-of-Day Support (Primarily 2nd Shift)

Guide driver teams during end-of-day warehouse check-in

Ensure proper trash disposal and haul-away drop-off

Confirm required check-in steps are completed before drivers leave

Team & Operations Support

Support Lead CSR with phone coverage, documentation, and issue tracking

Communicate delays or operational issues to leadership

Required Qualifications

Fluent in English and Spanish

(spoken and understood)

Comfortable on the phone throughout the day in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication skills — calm, confident, and professional

Dependable and flexible with rotating shifts

Basic computer skills (email, Excel, GPS or route-tracking tools)

Preferred Experience

Dispatch, logistics, warehouse, or delivery coordination experience

Hands-on background in appliance delivery, furniture assembly, warehouse work, or handyman/trade roles

Familiarity with routing or logistics systems (e.g., Descartes, CLX, or similar)
