Key Accountabilities: Provides timely and accurate order entry and management Tracks and monitors orders from receipt to delivery at customer location Prompt and professional email communication Ability to multi-task and prioritize demands Engages in cross functional collaboration to ensure successful order fulfillment Ensures timely response to customer inquiries Maintains accurate customer data and customer specifications Addresses customer concerns regarding product or services timely and accurately Updating of required SharePoint spreadsheets Knowledge/Experience
Experienced order entry and management experience in ERP/MRP/WMS systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus) Professional communication via email, phone, Teams Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively Understanding of manufacturing / production process Proven success with problem solving Excellent customer service skills Demonstrated ability to work as a team member Good follow-up and follow-through skills Teams and or Zoom chat/meetings experience
