Property Manager
to lead daily operations, drive performance, and deliver an exceptional resident experience.
As Property Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of community operations, lead and develop the onsite team, and ensure the property meets its occupancy, financial, and service goals. This role is ideal for a confident leader who understands the unique needs of active adult living and leads with both heart and accountability.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a
Property Manager
in multifamily or
55+ / senior living communities
(required)
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop teams
Solid understanding of
financial management , including budgets, reporting, and expense control
Experience driving
leasing performance, occupancy, and resident retention
Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and property management best practices
Proficiency with property management software (Entrata preferred)
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Professional, service-oriented mindset aligned with active adult living
What You’ll Be Doing
Oversee all aspects of
day-to-day property operations , leasing performance, and resident experience
Lead, train, and support the onsite team, including leasing, maintenance, and service staff
Drive occupancy, renewals, and retention through relationship‑based leadership
Manage financial performance, including
rent collection, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Ensure the community consistently meets RISE standards for cleanliness, safety, and hospitality
Partner with vendors and service providers to support ongoing maintenance and capital needs
Support resident programming and events that enhance engagement and satisfaction
Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to achieve community goals
Compensation:
$80,000–$85,000 , based on experience
Performance Incentives:
Bonus opportunities tied to community and individual performance
