Subaru Service Advisor
reports directly to the Subaru Service Manager & will be working closely with the parts department, service advisors, and other technicians.
Essential Duties
Must be ready for customer arrival at 7:30.
Complete and proper walk around of all customer vehicles.
Drop offs will be written and parked in the back before service doors open. If not, they will be written after the morning rush. Do not prioritize drop offs above customers in the drive lane.
Require customer signature on all digital write ups if customer is here at the time of write up.
Always perform a complete service history look up and warranty look up of all customer vehicles.
Always present alignment inspection results to customers.
Learn all mileage recommendations for vehicles coming into the shop. As to serve the customer with the best service possible.
Complete all Subaru required web and in person training.
Must be available to the customer and to answer phones at all times.
All special-order parts customers will be contacted within 24 hours of part arrival by phone, email, and text if available.
Confirm all customer contact information w/ email and address.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience as an automotive service advisor.
Hold a valid driver’s license.
Team-oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
Must follow all company policies and procedures and immediately report all accidents to executive management.
Maintains professional appearance and neat work area.
In-depth knowledge of Subaru vehicles and their service requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Customer – centric approach with a genuine desire to exceed expectations.
Eligible Benefits
