Youre responsible for creating a super Norm Reeves location service experience for our guests and using your communication skills to build the bridge between guests and technicians./ppYour work will ensure our guests leave 100% satisfied with their Norm Reeves location experience. This role is a great way to kick start your career with us!/ppWhat Youll Do:/pulliGreet guests as they arrive in the Service drive/liliCommunicate empathetically with guests about their vehicle/liliOffer solutions and added services to guests/liliPrepare detailed repair orders after initial inspection with exact instructions, making special note of primary concern(s) from the guest/liliProvide timely follow-up progress of each repair order and contact guests with repair changes/liliAnalyze quality control reports and maintain a high Customer Service Index Score/liliProcess monetary transactions/li/ulpWhat Youll Need:/pulliFull time availability.
