You will handle all in-person guests with vehicle purchases in the showroom and sales lot. You will strive to increase customer retention by providing genuine service and fully explaining product performance and the benefits to each guest. Were looking for a team player with an outgoing, customer-service approach to daily responsibilities./ppWhat Youll Do:/pulliGreet and offer tailored assistance to guests who enter the dealership showroom or sales lot/liliOffer test drives and obtain proper identification from all prospects prior to the drive/liliDeliver vehicles to customers and ensuring that the customer understands the vehicles operating features, warranty, and paperwork/liliMaintain confidential customer information on a Dealership Management System./liliAssist in writing complete sales orders and processes paperwork in accordance to the dealerships policies and procedures/liliIntroduce customers to the Sales Managers for an opportunity to meet with management/liliSchedule appointments with interested buyers for test drives and delivery of vehicles/liliDrive yourself and the team to maintain a super work environment and get better every day/li/ulpWhat Youll Need:/pulliFull-time availability. Youll also need to be at least 18 years old/liliA valid drivers license and acceptable driving record/liliStrong communication skills with both Norm Reeves staff and guests/liliA professional appearance and work ethic/liliExcellent organizational and follow up skills/liliAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment/li/ulpBenefits
