Our marketing team plays a critical role in communicating our mission, values, and unique approach to client service. We are growing our marketing operations by adding a Marketing Technology Specialist—a technically skilled professional who can harness the power of digital tools, data, and automation to ensure our message reaches the right audience effectively.* Develop and manage marketing automation workflows for lead generation and nurturing.* Build or work with existing custom dashboards in GA4, Data Studio, or Power BI for real-time campaign monitoring.* Implement A/B testing and data-driven tactics to continuously improve ROI, conversion, and engagement.* Identify opportunities to automate repeated tasks and integrate systems to improve data flow and accuracy.* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.* 5+ years of hands-on experience managing marketing platforms and digital systems in a technology-enabled marketing environment.* Proficient in Meta Business Manager & Ads Manager, Google Ads, Hootsuite, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics 4, and ManyChat.* Proven experience maintaining and updating websites (front-end and back-end).* Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (PHP or Python a plus).* Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or Squarespace, and understanding of SEO best practices.* Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Marketo).* Data-driven mindset with ability to visualize, interpret, and communicate performance metrics clearly.* Bilingual in Spanish and English is Required* Certifications in Meta Ads, Google Ads, or HubSpot.* Experience with API integrations, data pipelines, or ETL workflows.* Exposure to UX/UI optimization practices and accessibility standards.* Project experience implementing website redesigns or digital transformation initiatives.* Familiarity with SQL or Python for data automation (nice to have, not required).* Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving ability.* Balance of creative marketing insight and technology-driven execution.* Accuracy, attention to detail, and process improvement mindset.* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.* Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical.* Collaborative and proactive in identifying opportunities for innovation.* System uptime, performance, and consistency across all marketing technologies.* Measurable improvements in web performance, SEO rankings, and conversion rate.* Reduction in manual marketing processes through automation.* Enhanced tracking accuracy and multi-channel attribution visibility.* Increased ROI and lead-generation efficiency across campaigns.* Remote role based in San Antonio, TX.* Frequent collaboration with Marketing, IT, and Operations teams.* Fast-paced, results-driven environment focused on modernization and efficiency.* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Vision insurance* Paid time off* Mental health support* Continuing education allowance* Home office allowance
