Develop strategies to manage risk and optimize performance across credit products and retail lending domains Evaluate the performance of lending portfolios, campaigns, and strategies Propose enhancements to improve profitability and mitigate risks Design and test retail lending campaigns that drive revenue through modifications in approvals, pricing, and credit limits Collaborate with various teams to influence roadmaps and implement impactful strategies Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail lending across multiple domains such as credit risk and credit lifecycle management Strong data skills, including experience with dashboards, reporting, and data manipulation Proficient in SQL for quantitative analysis and synthesizing results into actionable proposals Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience in statistical/quantitative analysis, including experimental design and model accuracy validation Preferred Qualifications

Technical experience with Python, GitHub, and familiarity with tools such as Airflow, AWS Redshift, and dbt Intellectual curiosity and a passion for ownership over projects We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
