What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Process mutual fund settlements and reconciliations from start to finish
Assist in improving existing processes and shipping new products
Familiarize with Canadian and US depositories CDS/DTCC and trading settlement processes
Identify and mitigate operational risks within the team
Support the team with ad-hoc tasks as required
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a brokerage environment handling mutual funds
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude for a collaborative environment
Natural curiosity to investigate and resolve discrepancies
Passion for technology, specifically in the fintech sector
