As
Community Marketing Manager , you’ll be responsible for building and activating our club communities through engaging events, on-site activations, local partnerships, and digital storytelling. This role is highly visible and hands-on — focused on bringing energy to our clubs, strengthening relationships, and ensuring our marketing shows up where our members already are: in the club, online, and in the community.
Responsibilities
As
Community Marketing Manager , you’ll be responsible for building and activating our club communities through engaging events, on-site activations, local partnerships, and digital storytelling. This role is highly visible and hands-on — focused on bringing energy to our clubs, strengthening relationships, and ensuring our marketing shows up where our members already are: in the club, online, and in the community.
You’ll work across both Lakeshore and Elite locations, traveling regularly between clubs to support events, partnerships, and community moments. You’ll collaborate closely with club leaders, programming teams, and external partners to turn ideas into experiences that drive engagement, retention, and membership growth. You’ll need a willingness and flexibility to travel between club locations.
Rather than sitting behind a desk, this role is about being present — spotting opportunities, activating spaces, and creating moments that make our clubs feel alive and connected.
