For 30 years, Body Techniques has brought hands‑on wellness such as massage, yoga, and fitness directly into the workplace.
We exist to make wellness accessible at work, not an afterthought.
We believe wellness is not a perk, it’s how we lead, relate, decide, and operate.
Our Mission
is to create accessible wellness experiences in the workplace --- offering hands‑on services that cultivate a lasting culture of care.
Our Vision
is to lead a movement that reinvents wellness at work — where hands‑on healing and social responsibility support people and our shared humanity.
Every hire connects to that, including this one.
The Role
As a Sales Associate on our National Team, you’ll build relationships, help clients solve real problems, and connect them to the wellness services that will support their people.
You’ll work directly with clients, schedule events, support program roll‑outs, maintain our CRM, and help our Marketing team test new offerings.
You will become a trusted resource who our clients rely on for clarity, care, and follow‑through.
This is a six month temporary role, with the possibility to convert to full‑time based on performance and business need.
What you’ll do
Engage directly with clients (email, phone, virtual meetings)
Recommend wellness solutions that support each client’s goals and culture
Own the experience from first contact to follow‑through
Drive sales and meet individual goals
Share insight with Sales + Marketing to refine campaigns and offerings
Support scheduling for events and ongoing programs
Maintain accurate CRM records and follow our process consistently
Gather, interpret, and present sales data clearly
Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure smooth delivery and aligned communication
Who you are
Values relationships and trust
Organized, reliable, proactive
Energized by goals + growth
Comfortable managing many moving pieces
Finds meaning in work that supports people and well‑being
Requirements Requirements
2+ years of sales and customer service experience
Proven strong communication and organizational skills
Demonstrable computer skills including Google Suite, Excel (or similar tools), CRM and account management software
Wellness background or active wellness practice a plus
What matters to us (and hopefully to you)
We lead with:
Integrity, Care, Community, Flexibility, and Improvement.
We believe:
Wellness guides how we work, not just what we sell
Diverse perspectives and teamwork drive inclusive progress
Clarity in communication protects relationships
Accurate data builds trust and equitable decisions
We “do good together” — inside the team and with our clients.
During the 6‑month temporary period, Body Techniques benefits will not apply. Should this become a full‑time position, Body Techniques offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
Health
Vision
401K
PTO + Sick Time
And more!
