Summary of Position

Responsible for supporting the hotel's group sales team by coordinating administrative, sales, and event-related tasks. This role acts as a key liaison between sales managers, clients, and hotel departments to ensure group bookings, meetings, and events are accurately planned and smoothly executed. Must be 18 years of age or older Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Familiarity with hotel sales or property management systems is a plus Attention to detail Multitasking in a fast-paced environment Customer-service focused mindset Professional communication and follow-up Team-oriented with a positive attitude Work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed Education and Experience

High School diploma or equivalent (college coursework in hospitality or business preferred) 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, sales support, or administrative roles preferred Duties and Responsibilities

Prospect business through various efforts (online social networking tools and techniques outside sales calls, marketing, mailings, referrals, etc.) to maximize revenue and meet/exceed goals Prepare and distribute group contracts, proposals, and confirmations Coordinate group room blocks, meeting space, and event details Enter and maintain accurate booking information in the sales/property management system Track group rooming lists, deposits, and payment schedules Communicate group details to internal departments (management company, front desk, housekeeping, banquet, catering) Assist with site inspections and client communications Manage group billing setup and assist with final invoices Maintain organized sales files and reports Handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service Perform other duties as assigned by management.
