- Responsible for generating revenue by selling guest rooms, meeting space, and hotel services to corporate, group, and leisure clients. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets Knowledge of hotel sales systems, CRM tools, and revenue management principles Relationship-building and customer-focused mindset Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication Time management and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel sales software Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed Education and Experience
Bachelor\'s degree in hospitality management, Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred) 5+ years of hotel sales or hospitality sales experience Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy goals Identify, prospect, and secure new corporate, group, and event business Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business Conduct hotel tours and client presentations Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms with clients Collaborate with marketing, revenue management, and operations teams Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analyses Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry functions Monitor market trends and competitor activity Ensure accurate and timely entry of sales activities into the CRM system Performs other related duties as assigned by the Sales Team, Managers and Directors.
