Lead a team to ensure the mission of helping people return home safely is realized Develop and implement growth strategies for the Personal Safety Division in the Southcentral Region Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives at customer organizations Direct and mentor team members to enhance selling skills and territory productivity Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business strategies and enhance customer relationships What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) Five (5) years of sales, distributor, and/or marketing experience in a private, government, or military environment Current, valid driver’s license Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams Strong business development skills and experience with Salesforce and territory management How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
