Inside Sales Representative Fantastic Opportunity for those looking for an introduction into sales in the Pharma/Medical Device Industry SGA is hiring 10-15 Inside Sales Representatives for our client, a certified global leader in medical biotechnologies, specializing in cellular therapies. They are looking for a talented and competitive Sales Associates who thrives in a sales environment with a preference to the medical device/manufacturing industry. Hours of Operation: 9 AM – 5 PM OR 10 AM – 6 PM (Monday – Friday) This is not a remote role and is in the office 5 days a week (Jersey City, NJ)

Responsibilities

Reaching out to new leads generated by outbound call programs to present the company and its products.

Following up on all assigned prospects and active clients and reporting the status of the projects/action plan in the local CRM.

Listening to customers’ concerns/complaints and providing detailed information regarding products & services.

Presenting customers/clients with additional information regarding new products and/or services.

Determining the quickest, most effective method to respond to a client’s or customer’s questions.

Escalating queries and concerns.

Troubleshooting common issues with a product or service.

Willingness to take on additional projects as requested.

Strong work ethic.

Shows interest in the manufacturing of medical devices industry.

Strong phone presence and experience making frequent calls daily.

Excellent attention to detail and written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Punctual, hardworking, and can work well in a constantly changing environment.

Ability to take directions from the management team.

Qualifications

Minimum 1-3 Years Experience working in sales - Medical Device/Pharma Industry is a plus, but not required.

Experience working in Salesforce is a plus.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
