
A global leader in medical biotechnologies and cellular therapy solutions is seeking a motivated Resident Sales Associate to join its inside sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced medical device/manufacturing environment and enjoys building strong client relationships.
What You’ll Do
Support and manage a portfolio of prospective and active clients through daily inside sales activities
Conduct outreach to new leads generated through outbound programs and introduce product offerings
Maintain accurate updates, notes, and action plans in the CRM
Respond to customer questions, concerns, and product inquiries with professionalism and clarity
Present new products and services to clients and identify opportunities for expanded engagement
Troubleshoot common product or service issues and escalate when needed
Collaborate with management and assist with additional projects as assigned.
What we are looking for
2+ years of experience in a Sales role within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry
Strong phone presence and comfort making high‑volume calls
Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and interpersonal
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast‑changing environment
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
Interest in the medical device manufacturing space and willingness to learn
Ability to follow direction and work effectively with leadership
Salesforce experience is a major plus
Experience selling PRP or regenerative medicine products is a significant advantage.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9AM–5PM or 10AM–6PM
Work Environment: Fully onsite, 5 days a week (Jersey City, NJ).

$70,000 base salary + commission. 5% on new clients and 4% on recurring & dormant accounts.
