A global leader in medical biotechnologies and cellular therapy solutions is seeking a motivated Resident Sales Associate to join its inside sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced medical device/manufacturing environment and enjoys building strong client relationships. Responsibilities
Support and manage a portfolio of prospective and active clients through daily inside sales activities Conduct outreach to new leads generated through outbound programs and introduce product offerings Maintain accurate updates, notes, and action plans in the CRM Respond to customer questions, concerns, and product inquiries with professionalism and clarity Present new products and services to clients and identify opportunities for expanded engagement Troubleshoot common product or service issues and escalate when needed Collaborate with management and assist with additional projects as assigned. Qualifications
3+ years of experience cold calling Experience working in the Medical Device space Experience selling PRP, Regenerative medicine, Orthopedic or Biologics products Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail Salesforce experience is a major plus. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9AM–5PM or 10AM–6PM Work Environment: Fully onsite, 5 days a week (Jersey City, NJ). A comprehensive benefits package is offered, along with opportunities for career growth. $70,000 base salary + commission. 5% on new clients and 4% on recurring & dormant accounts.
