MeatEater, Inc. is seeking an organized and passionate
Account Manager
to join our team and support our growing list of Content Partners. Candidates should offer experience owning post-sale client relationships and managing all phases of the media campaign lifecycle. In-depth knowledge of the digital media landscape – e.g., branded content on YouTube, Connected TV– is also critical. Lastly, candidates must possess a self-starter mindset that takes responsibility for any step of a sales process needed, from preparing pitch materials to client engagement to leading post-campaign recaps.
This role reports to the VP of Media Sales and can be either based in Bozeman, MT or in a remote capacity.
Requirements
Own media account management and client services from launch to post mortem
Guide multi-platform advertising campaigns, providing performance insights along the way
Create and execute branded content executions across MeatEater’s audio, video, and experiential channels
Work cross-functionally with sales, ops, and production teams to ensure campaign expectations are clear every step of the way
Other duties as beneficial to MeatEater
What you’ll do:
Serve as day-to-day contact for advertisers and agencies
Oversee campaign setup, trafficking, pacing, and delivery
Provide strategic recommendations to maximize performance and ROI
Prepare and present reporting, performance insights, and renewal recommendations
Collaborate closely with Sales, Podcast, Operations, Production, and Finance teams
Identify upsell opportunities and support quarterly growth targets
What we’re looking for:
Min. 5 years experience in media account management or related roles
Strong communication and client relationship management skills
Experience creating data-driven insights through client campaign performance
Natural multitasker who can proactively and effectively manage multiple campaigns at once
Interest in outdoor, hunting, fishing, or lifestyle media
