Budgets vs actuals
AR for rent (and find ways to reduce delinquency in arrears)
Experience with lease charges, move-outs
Working closely with Resident Manager to ensure units are being turned over
Entering the lease charges in Yardi
Must Haves
5 – 10 years of property management experience
Luxury Residential experience
Adaptable to change and coachable
Stellar customer service skills
Preparing budgets and financials from scratch
Team player/collaborative worker
Strong communication skills
