Dental Dynamic Staffing (DDS), a national dental staffing company founded in 2004, is seeking a
Marketing & Business Development Specialist
to support company growth through strategic marketing, partnerships, events, and sales enablement. This is a
hands-on, cross-functional role
working closely with leadership and all departments to drive lead generation, improve workflows, and support scalable growth. What You’ll Do:
Build and manage email/SMS campaigns using
Sense CRM . Support sales outreach, demos, and contract flow. Plan and execute trade shows, events, and partner campaigns. Collaborate with the
Recruitment Team
on
Lunch & Learn presentations
(Marketing plays an active role in presenting). Build relationships with dental schools, instructors, and partners. Track leads, referrals, and conversion performance. Support app development feedback and internal training tools. Act as a key liaison between all departments and Leadership. What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience in
marketing, business development, or account management . Strong
organizational, communication, and presentation
skills. Hands-on experience with
CRMs, email marketing, and analytics tools . Confident presenting and engaging audiences
virtually and in person . Social-media savvy creative thinker who knows how to engage and attract Dental Professionals. Dental or healthcare industry experience
preferred , but not required. Compensation & Benefits:
