Responsibilities include: Manage all aspects of the admissions, from referral to admission. Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, physicians, and community partners. Review clinical documentation to determine appropriateness for admission. Verifying insurance for new admissions. Coordinate with nursing, therapy, and administrative teams to ensure bed availability and readiness. Educate residents and families on services, care options, and financial considerations. Maintain accurate admission records. Monitor census, occupancy, and referral trends; implement strategies to meet census goals. Participate in marketing and outreach efforts, including facility tours and community events.
