Compensation
Base salary plus uncapped commission plan
with no earnings ceiling.

Responsibilities
Prospect and close new B2B accounts.
Present, sell, and upsell AV/low‑voltage solutions.
Manage your pipeline and meet sales targets.
Strengthen relationships with existing clients.
Represent the company professionally in the field.
Qualifications
3+ years of B2B sales experience
in AV or low‑voltage systems.
Knowledge of sound, paging, intercom, CCTV, security, and alarm systems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Self‑motivated, organized, and deadline‑driven.
Valid driver's license.
