Sales & Partnerships Representative (Part-Time/Flexible). Balloon Kings Dallas. Do you thrive on meeting people, building relationships, and turning connections into opportunities? Balloon Kings Dallas is seeking a proactive, confident, and relationship-driven Sales & Partnerships Representative to grow our presence across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This role is ideal for someone who loves in-person networking, understands events or hospitality, and wants flexible hours with uncapped earning potential. You will represent a premium, fast-growing balloon décor brand, building partnerships with event venues, hotels, schools, real estate offices, apartment communities, and local businesses. What You’ll Do
Build and manage relationships with event venues, hotels, schools, real estate offices, and local businesses across DFW. Introduce Balloon Kings as the preferred balloon décor partner for events, openings, celebrations, and client gifting. Conduct in-person outreach, drop-ins, and follow-ups with decision-makers (event managers, marketing teams, leasing managers, owners). Distribute branded materials and present our services clearly and confidently. Track leads, contacts, and follow-ups to drive consistent deal flow. Identify partnership and referral opportunities that lead to recurring business. Collaborate directly with the owner to refine outreach strategy, pitch messaging, and target accounts. Represent Balloon Kings professionally at all times in the community. What We’re Looking For
Outgoing, polished, and confident communicator who enjoys meeting new people. Highly organized and self-motivated; able to manage leads independently. Sales, hospitality, events, real estate, or marketing experience is a plus (but not required). Comfortable with in-person outreach and relationship-based selling. Reliable transportation to travel throughout the DFW area. Interest in events, branding, or creative industries. Familiarity with balloon décor or event styling is helpful — training provided. Compensation & Growth
